Media
Nine areas under one operating group, each with a defined mandate.
Helix Media HoldingsTM is the parent holding company of the Media division. Its role is structural and ownership-oriented, not day-to-day execution. Helix Media Group is the principal operating platform beneath it and the organizational parent of seven platforms, which it coordinates without absorbing their specialized work. The public description of the division leads with nine areas of work, each defined by its mandate.
The mandates describe intended function. They do not, by themselves, create a license, a station, ownership of a channel, or a contract. The broadcast architecture can accommodate future channels, stations, or services without implying that any regulated authorization exists. Producing a work does not make the producer the owner of the intellectual property. Where a Helix company represents talent, manages a property, or serves a client, it does so under the rights, licenses, or authorized relationships that apply to that engagement.
Broadcasting and Television
Helix Broadcasting is the specialized company within Helix Media Network responsible for linear and digital broadcast operations. Its scope spans television programming, broadcast operations, digital television, and distribution. Helix Media Network holds the broader mandate for programming, distribution, audience development, advertising and sponsorship monetization, rights acquisition, network technology, and affiliate relationships. Helix Broadcasting carries the operational work that puts programming on air and in front of viewers.
That work covers programming and scheduling support, carriage and affiliate relationships, broadcast engineering, transmission and master control, traffic, and delivery. It also covers advertising inventory operations where applicable. These functions sit together in one company so that scheduling, technical operations, and inventory are managed as a single discipline rather than distributed across the group.
Distribution runs through carriage and affiliate relationships as they are established. The architecture is designed to accommodate future channels, stations, or broadcast services. It does not, on its own, confer a broadcast license, a station, or any regulated authorization. Each would be secured on its own terms before it forms part of the Helix Broadcasting footprint.

Radio and Audio Broadcasting
Within the Helix Media Group structure, terrestrial and digital audio sits with Helix Broadcasting, the specialized company beneath Helix Media Network responsible for linear and digital broadcast operations. The structure document does not name a distinct radio company. Radio and audio fall within that broader broadcast mandate.
Applied to audio, the mandate spans terrestrial radio, online radio stations, live audio programming, and syndicated shows. Helix Broadcasting's defined functions map directly onto those formats: programming and scheduling support, carriage and affiliate relationships, broadcast engineering, transmission and master control, traffic, delivery, and advertising inventory operations as applicable. At the Network level, Helix Media Network holds distribution, audience development, rights acquisition, affiliate relationships, and advertising and sponsorship monetization, which govern how live and syndicated programming is placed and commercialized.
The architecture can accommodate stations and audio broadcast services. It does not, by itself, establish a broadcast license, a station, a frequency, or any other regulated authorization, and no station or syndicator is named here. Where such authorizations are held, Helix Broadcasting is the company positioned to operate under them.
Publishing and Editorial Media
Editorial and publication work sits within the content and communications mandate of Helix Media PartnersTM. That scope covers print and digital magazines, newspapers, specialty publications, newsletters, and editorial websites. The work draws on the platform's established disciplines: digital content, creative, branding, social media, audience development, and communications. Helix Media PartnersTM serves affiliated Helix companies and, where appropriate, outside clients and strategic partners.

The Helix Media Group entity structure does not name a separate publishing company. Publishing therefore operates under Helix Media PartnersTM as part of its existing mandate rather than as a standalone platform. Helix Media Group coordinates this work alongside its six other platforms without absorbing it. Helix Media HoldingsTM retains its structural and ownership role above the operating companies and does not direct day-to-day editorial execution.
Where the applicable license or rights are held, Helix Media PartnersTM may manage selected licensed media properties, and an editorial property falls within that remit on the same terms. The mandate defines how publication work is organized and delivered. It does not by itself establish ownership of any title, publication, or readership.
Digital Media Ownership and Acquisitions
The acquisition mandate covers ownership interests in YouTube channels, digital publications, media properties, and established content businesses. Within the Media division, Helix Media PartnersTM holds a secondary role in selected strategic media investments, and YT Capital Partners is the affiliated digital-media investment platform through which this mandate is organized.
YT Capital Partners is the general partner and sponsor of YT Acquisition Fund I. This structure defines the sponsorship and vehicle for digital-media acquisitions. It does not by itself establish an active offering, a portfolio investment, or ownership of any channel or other digital-media asset.
The mandate operates alongside the division's other platforms without absorbing them. Helix Media Capital covers media capital and transactions across the division and is not automatically the manager of any vehicle. Helix Media PartnersTM provides marketing, audience development, creative, and communications. Where the applicable license or rights are held, it may also manage selected licensed media properties. Helix Media Group coordinates these functions under Helix Media HoldingsTM, which holds the division's structural and ownership role.

Social Media Management
Helix Media PartnersTM manages social media for affiliated Helix companies and, where appropriate, for outside clients and strategic partners. The mandate covers account management, content calendars, publishing, audience engagement, community moderation, and performance reporting.
The work follows a planned cadence. Content calendars set what is published and when, and publishing executes against them. Engagement and moderation keep each account's conversation consistent with the brand it represents. Performance reporting shows how content performed and informs the next calendar.
Social media management sits alongside the firm's creative, digital content, audience development, and communications work, so that what appears on an account reflects the same brand direction as the broader campaign. Where Helix Media PartnersTM holds the applicable license or rights for a brand, program, venue, experience, or media property, social media can form part of how that property is managed. Managing an account on a client's behalf does not make Helix the owner of the account or its audience.
Studio and Content Production
Helix Content Studios is the production company within Helix Media Network. Its mandate covers development support, physical production, production management, post-production, facilities, equipment, client services, and delivery of finished assets.
Video, photography, audio recording, editing, animation, and related production services fall within that scope.
The studio serves Helix companies and third parties under a single mandate. Internal brands and outside clients work through the same facilities, equipment, and client-services function, from production through delivery of finished assets.
Producing a work does not, by itself, make Helix Content Studios the owner of the intellectual property. The studio produces and delivers. Ownership of the finished work is established separately from the act of production.

Marketing and Advertising Services
Helix Media PartnersTM is the Helix Media Group platform responsible for marketing and advertising services. The mandate covers campaign strategy, creative development, advertising production, media planning, and campaign management. It sits alongside the platform's broader work in branding, social media, digital content, audience development, creative, and communications.
The services are delivered for affiliated Helix companies and, where appropriate, for outside clients and strategic partners. Strategy defines the objective, audience, and message. Creative development and advertising production translate that direction into finished assets. Media planning determines placement, and campaign management carries the program through execution.
Placement follows the plan rather than captive inventory. The mandate does not rest on ownership of the channels, publications, or audiences through which a campaign runs. Where Helix Media PartnersTM holds the applicable license or rights, the same capabilities may support the selected licensed brands, programs, venues, experiences, and media properties it manages.

Brand Strategy and Creative Services
Helix Media PartnersTM holds the brand strategy and creative mandate within Helix Media Group. The scope covers brand positioning, visual identity, messaging, graphic design, and creative direction. It sits alongside the platform's broader responsibilities in marketing, advertising, social media, digital content, audience development, and communications.
Positioning and messaging establish what a company or property stands for and how it should be described. Visual identity, graphic design, and creative direction carry those decisions into the materials an audience sees. Holding strategy and execution within one platform keeps the creative output tied to the positioning it is meant to express.
Helix Media PartnersTM performs this work for affiliated Helix companies and, where appropriate, for outside clients and strategic partners. Where the applicable license or rights are held, it may also manage selected licensed brands, programs, venues, experiences, and media properties.
Sponsorship Management
Sponsorship management covers the full commercial cycle for teams, drivers, venues, events, and other properties: development, sales, agreements, activation, and fulfillment. No single company holds the discipline. Each component sits with the platform whose mandate it fits. Helix Media Group coordinates across those platforms without absorbing their specialized work.
Helix Media Network holds advertising and sponsorship monetization tied to programming, distribution, and audience development. Helix Media Live holds event sponsorship and activations, and Helix Event Services executes event production. Helix Media Management holds endorsements and acts only where an authorized representation relationship with the talent, creator, or property exists.
Helix Media PartnersTM holds client campaign work. That work includes marketing, advertising, branding, social media, and creative execution for affiliated companies and, where appropriate, outside clients and strategic partners. The structure assigns responsibility for each part of a sponsorship engagement but does not establish an agreement with any team, driver, venue, or event.
The Helix Media Platform

Helix Media HoldingsTM, LLC is the parent holding company of the Media division. Its role is structural and ownership-oriented, not day-to-day execution. Helix Media Group is the principal operating platform beneath it and the organizational parent of seven platforms: Helix Media Network, Helix Entertainment Group, Helix Media Live, Helix Media Management, Helix Media Collective, Helix Media Capital, and Helix Media PartnersTM. The Group coordinates these platforms and does not absorb their specialized work.
Helix Media Network holds the mandate for programming, distribution, audience development, advertising and sponsorship monetization, rights acquisition, network technology, and affiliate relationships. Two specialized companies sit beneath it. Helix Broadcasting is responsible for linear and digital broadcast operations, from scheduling and carriage through engineering, transmission, traffic, and delivery. Its architecture can accommodate future channels, stations, or broadcast services, but it does not by itself establish a license or a station. Helix Content Studios provides production, post-production, facilities, and delivery for Helix companies and third parties. Producing a work does not make the studio the owner of its intellectual property.
Helix Entertainment Group is responsible for entertainment development, production, commercialization, and slate management. Its label, Helix Originals, carries Helix-originated series, films, specials, and digital and short-form originals from concept through release and library exploitation. Helix Media Live holds the mandate for live experiences, events, and activations. Helix Event Services executes event production and may support outside clients.
Helix Media Management provides formal representation of talent, creators, and properties, and it acts only where an authorized relationship exists. Helix Media Collective is a collaboration ecosystem, and participation does not create employment, management, or an agency relationship. Helix Media Capital covers media capital and transactions and is not automatically the manager of any vehicle. Helix Media PartnersTM provides marketing, advertising, branding, social media, digital content, audience development, creative, and communications for affiliated companies and, where appropriate, outside clients and strategic partners. This work includes the studios, video editing, podcast production, and content systems behind Wake Up Worldwide. Where the applicable license or rights are held, it may manage selected licensed brands, programs, venues, experiences, and media properties. It also has a secondary role in selected strategic media investments. YT Capital Partners is the affiliated digital-media investment platform and the general partner and sponsor of YT Acquisition Fund I. That fund architecture does not establish an active offering, a portfolio investment, or ownership of any digital-media asset or channel.
