Technology Built for the Way Industries Operate.
Elyryn Holdings LLC is the technology holding company of Trestle Capital Partners. Elyryn Systems LLC is the operating company of the Technology division, where the board of directors and the C-suite executives sit and operate. The division develops and applies specialized software, intelligent automation, digital platforms, and industry-focused technology for real business use across investment and financial services, oil and gas, construction, education, business operations, digital content and communications, and other specialized commercial applications. Its software connects data, workflows, users, and business processes across desktop, web, and mobile, and its broader work spans intelligent automation, guided workflows, data organization, decision-support systems, and connected applications.
The work is defined by operating problems rather than by the technology applied to them. Elyryn Systems LLC builds for the conditions under which businesses function: incomplete or scattered data, fixed schedules, regulatory obligations, teams in different locations that depend on the same information, and decisions that carry financial consequence. Automation and machine intelligence are used where they reduce manual effort, shorten the path from information to decision, or make a process more consistent, and they are not treated as ends in themselves. Each application starts with a specific requirement inside a business and is judged by whether it improves how that business runs day to day.

Purpose-Built Technology
Purpose-built software starts from the work, not from a generic template. Every industry has its own vocabulary, its own sequence of tasks, its own records, approvals, and points of failure, and software that ignores them forces people to translate their work into someone else's categories. Elyryn Systems LLC designs the other way around. The data structure reflects how information is actually produced and used. Screens follow the order in which decisions are made. Steps that carry real consequence receive the most attention. The result is software that people can use without first learning to work around it.
The same discipline applies to where the work happens. A task may begin at a desk, continue in a browser during a meeting, and close on a phone at a site or between appointments. If each surface holds a different version of the record, a different set of permissions, or a different idea of what remains to be done, the job breaks apart at every handoff. Elyryn Systems LLC treats desktop, web, and mobile as three views of a single piece of work rather than three separate products. Each surface is shaped to its setting, but the underlying information, status, and accountability stay the same wherever the user picks the job up.

Intelligent Software and Automation
Elyryn Systems LLC treats guided workflows, data organization, and decision support as three separate problems, each with its own design requirements. A guided workflow governs sequence: it sets out the steps a task requires, the order in which they occur, the information each step needs, and the point at which work passes from one person to the next. Its purpose is consistency, so that a process runs the same way regardless of who performs it. Data organization governs structure. It determines how records are captured, labeled, related, and retrieved, so that information entered at one stage of a process remains usable at every later stage and does not have to be reassembled by hand. A workflow can be sound while the underlying data is disorganized, and well-structured data can sit unused without a workflow that puts it to work. The division builds for each condition on its own terms.
Decision support begins where the other two leave off. Once a process is defined and its data is in order, decision-support tools surface the relevant information, flag exceptions, and present options in a form a person can evaluate quickly. The software informs the decision, and the user makes it. Automation in Elyryn Systems LLC's work is applied to the repetitive, rules-based portions of a task, such as routing, formatting, reminders, and validation, so that people spend their time on judgment rather than administration. Accountability for outcomes remains with the individuals and organizations using the software.
Industry-Specific Applications
An investment professional, a wellsite or plant operator, a construction superintendent, a teacher, and a content producer do different work under different conditions, and a single generic screen serves none of them well. Investment work turns on documents, models, review stages, and a record of who approved what and when. A wellsite or plant runs on readings, shift handoffs, equipment status, and safety checks, often performed in the field rather than at a desk. A construction job moves through drawings, trades, open items, and sequencing, where one late task holds up the next. A classroom depends on pacing, student progress, and a teacher's attention that cannot be spent navigating software. A content operation tracks drafts, revisions, approvals, and publishing schedules across channels. Each setting carries its own vocabulary, its own order of operations, and its own definition of a finished task.
Elyryn Systems LLC designs from those conditions outward. Work begins with the person using the tool, where they are standing, what decision they need to make, and what record must exist afterward, and the interface, terminology, and workflow follow from those answers. Common data structures and underlying logic carry across applications where doing so is sound, but the screen an operator sees in the field is not the screen an analyst sees in a review, and neither resembles what a teacher needs at the front of a room. The aim is software that fits the job as it is actually performed, so that the tool supports the work rather than requiring the work to bend around it.

Connected Digital Platforms
A business runs on one account of its work, and that account breaks down when it is split across a spreadsheet at the office, a separate web tool, and a message thread on someone's phone. The versions drift, and decisions get made on whichever copy is closest at hand. Elyryn Systems LLC designs its platforms around a single shared record, so that a figure entered in the field is the figure reviewed at the desk, and an approval given in a browser is visible to everyone who depends on it. Each point of access is a view into the same underlying data, not a copy of it.
The division shapes each view to the work done there rather than shrinking one layout to fit every screen. The desk is where detailed analysis, configuration, and review take place. The browser gives access without installation to people who need the record intermittently or from outside the organization. The phone serves the person away from a desk, on a site, in transit, or between meetings, who needs to capture information, check status, or sign off. Permissions, history, and status carry across all three, so a task can begin in one place and finish in another without the record losing its integrity or anyone losing sight of where the work stands.

Selected Technology Initiatives

Applied Artificial Intelligence
Elyryn Systems LLC treats artificial intelligence as part of the software it builds, not as a standalone offering. The work sits within the Technology division's broader focus on intelligent automation, guided workflows, data organization, and decision-support systems. It draws on the connected applications that link the data, processes, and users a business relies on across desktop, web, and mobile.
The division uses machine intelligence where it reduces manual effort, shortens the path from information to decision, or makes a process more consistent. Those criteria determine where it is applied within a workflow. Because each application is built with the requirements of a specific industry in view, the use of AI is shaped by the processes and constraints of that industry rather than applied uniformly.
The division's software informs the decision, and the user makes it. Accountability for outcomes remains with the individuals and organizations using the software.

Construction: Open Items, Sequencing, and the Record
A construction job moves through drawings, trades, open items, and sequencing. The work is interdependent: one late task holds up the next, and an unresolved item on one trade can stall work that has nothing else in its way. The information that determines whether the job moves usually originates on site, where an item is observed, a condition is confirmed, or a task is completed. The decisions that depend on that information, and the record the job must keep, often sit somewhere else. Software for construction has to close that distance. It must make the state of the work visible to the people who sequence it and leave a record that holds up after the work is done.

Elyryn Systems LLC's construction initiative starts from the person using the tool. For each task, it asks three questions. Where is this person standing? What decision do they need to make? What record must exist afterward? A person walking a site to identify outstanding items needs something different from a person at a desk reconciling those items against a schedule. Both are working on the same job, and both depend on the same underlying facts.
For that reason, desktop, web, and mobile are treated as three views of a single piece of work, not three separate products. The phone serves the person away from a desk who needs to capture information, check status, or sign off. The desktop and web views serve the people who organize, sequence, and review that work. Each view reflects the same open items, the same status, and the same record.

Local Branding and Marketing
Trestle is building a local-first marketing platform for local and regional businesses. Its premise is that a business grows by becoming known in its community, not by running ads alone. The platform is designed to launch city by city and to embed in each local business community. It pairs that presence with content, social, and video work produced to a professional standard.
The model has three parts. The first is local presence: a standing role in the business community the platform serves. The second is an alliance network that gives member businesses trust, visibility, and warm leads. The third is professional creative execution that turns that visibility into content customers see and act on.

The alliance is the entry point. Members can be spotlighted and shared, invited to workshops and events, and given access to the team and its resources. For businesses that want more, alliance membership can be the front door to a marketing retainer.
The service lines cover the full range of modern local marketing: social media management and growth, including multi-platform content calendars, posting, and community support; YouTube channel builds and management, including formats, thumbnails, search, and a consistent publishing cadence; paid acquisition and funnels across Meta, YouTube, Google Local, and TikTok, with landing flows and email or SMS capture; podcast strategy and production; and creator and influencer activation, including local creators, user-generated content, and spotlight campaigns.
Helix Media Partners provides the production capability behind the work. That includes studios, video editing, podcast production, and content systems usually associated with larger brands. The result is a firm that operates locally, inside each community it serves. Its production capability matches that of much larger organizations, and it is built on a model designed to extend from one city to the next.

Innovation Across the TCP Ecosystem
Elyryn Systems LLC, the operating company of the Technology division, builds for the industries in which Trestle Capital Partners operates. Development starts from the working requirements of those businesses rather than from a predefined product category, so each tool is scoped to a specific operational need and judged by whether it serves that need in practice. This proximity to the firm's own operations keeps the division's work tied to real conditions and allows what is learned in one setting to inform software built for another.
Within the TCP ecosystem, Trestle's local-first marketing platform draws on Helix Media Partners for studio facilities, video editing, podcast production, and content systems. That relationship gives local and regional businesses access to production capability usually associated with larger brands. It pairs a model built to embed in each local business community with the infrastructure needed to produce the content that local reach depends on.
The Technology division includes institutional and venture-oriented initiatives. Additional information regarding specific platforms, development programs, and investment opportunities may be available to qualified parties through the Trestle Capital Partners Investor Portal.
