Blue Land Holdings, Trestle Capital Partners’ Real Estate Division, is expanding its national development and acquisition strategy through Gearhead Grotto Fund I’s $300 million capital target. The strategy combines luxury collector garage communities with automotive rental garages, traditional self-storage, commercial flex space, and selected residential developments. Owners can arrange vehicle retrieval from storage lifts, detailing, and fueling ahead of their arrival. The broader community experience also includes multiple Gearhead Grotto Club membership levels and the high-end Asencio Club.
Auto-Lux extends the strategy into smaller residential communities combining luxury living with substantial private automotive garage space, initially targeting approximately 30–60 residences. ReSTIM Advances $300 Million Raise for Integrated Energy Acquisitions and Operations
ReSTIM Holdings, Trestle Capital Partners’ Energy Division, is advancing a $300 million capital raise supporting an integrated acquisition and operating strategy across producing oil and gas assets, midstream infrastructure, water management, transportation, and field services. The initial focus centers on Wyoming’s Powder River and Bighorn basins, with expansion priorities in North Dakota, Utah, and Texas. The strategy brings complementary assets and operating capabilities under coordinated management.
The upstream strategy prioritizes restimulation, workovers, artificial-lift optimization, and facility improvements to strengthen production and operating reliability. Midstream acquisition priorities include AGRU sour-gas processing, gas gathering, compression, injection infrastructure, and approximately 65 miles of gathering pipelines. These assets connect producing wells with processing facilities and provide opportunities to serve third-party operators. Water handling, storage, transportation, disposal, and injection form another essential part of the strategy. Complementary field-service businesses and equipment support workovers, maintenance, and ongoing operations.
